The Department of Tourism and Handicrafts of one State has adopted a new strategy with the aim of consolidating the achievements of the sector and working to embody more of them.
This strategy derives from the National Tourism Development Plan 2030, the Guideline for State Tourism Development, as well as the instructions and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts, in addition to the instructions of the governor of the state.
This strategy is based on the following points:
* Work to support and encourage tourism investment, particularly private.
* Rehabilitation, development and promotion of tourist activities.
* Modernization of the training system in the fields of tourism and hospitality.
* The introduction of tourism professionalism in communication, media and promotional activities.
* Revive local celebrations, festivals and tourism and craft events.
* Contribute to the protection of tourist sites and historical monuments, in particular classified.
* Encourage professionals in the sector and managers of hotels, tourism and travel agencies to commit to the Quality approach (PQTA)
* Watch out for the coastal strip
* Reconsideration of thermal and mineral resorts and their tourist exploitation
*Encourage and support tourism agencies in the development and investment in domestic tourism.
* Promote and activate thematic tourist trails.
* Implement the quality label for the Bayer product.
* Work on the elaboration and development of the “resident’s residence” accommodation formula.
