Touristic Circuits :
Cultural cursus:

*landmark1 :Loumi castle Arts school non designed in a royal style by the architect loumi from 1939 to 1940. Known as a modern style.
*Landmark2: the town ball castle knows as the city hotel built in 1875 in a beautiful architecture.
*landmark3: Carno place (1st November)built in the year 1850 (la place des quicone).

Religious Circuit:

• 01 – The tomb of Sidi Bel Abbas Al-Bouzidi, hence the name of the city, who was one of the nobles of the region descended from the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). in the year 1780 and was buried in a dome on the left bank of the Mukarra range.
• 02 The Great Mosque or the old El Graba mosque: It is located in the popular El Graba district. It was built in 1884. Its surface area: 1779 m can accommodate 1,600 worshippers.
• 03 – Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque (the old church): It is located opposite the seat of the municipality. It was formerly the Saint-Vincent church. It is located in the center of the city. It was built in 1859 and transformed into a mosque in 1974.
• 04 Fatima Al-Zahra mosque :church 1959-1960, located in the road of Mascara Sidi Bel Abbes
• 05 Al-Zawiya Al-Tijaniya: Daira of Ras Al-Maa, 100 km south of the Wilaya, it is visited by the pioneers of the Trika Tijania from 37 countries.

Historical Circuit:

01 Mount LALA ROUBA:It extends to 80 m in height in the middle of a plain which flows from an ancient source. It consists of large blocks
And of various sizes up to 5 m in height, and are often rectangular in shape, one above the other.

02 Boussoui Prison: Located in the town of Daya, 75 km south of the state of Sidi Bel Abbes, it was called Boussaoui, in reference to Bishop Boussaoui, born in Dijon in 1627. The prison was known to arrest many personalities policies. contains 15 cells and is classified by the Ministry of Culture.

03 Roman Fortress: At Mount Tssala, it was built in Roman times and witnessed the civilizations that passed through the city of Sidi Bel Abbas.
It is a fortress to monitor the convoys coming from the south towards Oran and Ain Temouchent, Tlemcen, at an altitude of 1061 M. Proof that all the colonial forces which successively invaded Algeria at different times made Mount Tssala a tower to monitor their areas of influence over vast areas up to the Wilayat of Oran, whose lights appear at night from the mountain.
